What Happens During
Sound Therapy?

In Sound Therapy sessions, Lisa utilizes quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and various musical instruments to craft a therapeutic environment. She harnesses the power of color and vibration from crystals to boost the healing process and induce deep meditation. Additionally, organic essential oils and color therapy are integrated to elevate the impact of your session.
