What Happens During
Reiki Sessions?

In a Reiki session, Lisa harnesses the universal life energy present in all living beings to channel energy into your body, aura, and chakra fields. She accomplishes this by either hovering her hands just above your body or by placing them softly on various areas of your clothed body. Lisa may also integrate the use of designated crystals to amplify the healing and meditative aspects of your session.
